Another kitchen to love

Oooh, look at this kitchen.

My friend sent this to me the other day as an example of what she wants to do with HER kitchen, and I said it's what I want to do with MY kitchen.

Glossy grey tile? Check. White cabinets? Check. Dark counters? Check. Stainless appliances? Check.

Marble tile isn't really my thing. It's a little... fussy, and it also requires a lot of extra work. But I love how the colors go so well together. Don't expect marble in my future kitchen, but definitely expect to see a very similar color story -- with a healthy dose of mint and red 1950s kitsch thrown in.
