Week four: the yard

So.  Four weeks.  And still this is what I was living with.

Uuuuggghh.

It was time to take a break and move my focus outside.  My yard had been thoroughly ignored for weeks, probably months, and nature was definitely taking over.  I think some Rose of Sharons were literally trying to swallow my deck...

And my driveway...

Andy's wonderful parents came over with clippers, chainsaws and expertise, and we attacked those out-of-control plants.  

Andy got to use a chainsaw for the first time.  That's a pretty big deal.
